Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your ZIP code, and the city and state we look up from it.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
• Whether you signed up as a homeowner or a pro, and a pro's trade if you pick one.
• The referral link you came from, if any, and a referral link of your own.
• Campaign tags in the link you used (for example where you saw us), if present.
• When you joined and which version of this notice you agreed to.

Why we collect it

To email you about the myspro launch and to plan which areas and trades we open first. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who sees it

Only myspro staff. We never sell your information or share it for others to market to you. Our email and hosting providers process it for us under their own security commitments, only to deliver the service.

How we contact you

By email only. We will not text you unless you give separate consent for texts. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. If you never confirm your email, we delete your signup after 30 days.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email admin@myspro.ai from the address you signed up with. We aim to reply within 30 days. California residents have these rights under law, and we honor them for everyone.

We do not track you across other websites or use advertising trackers on this site, so we do not change how it works in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice, we update the effective date above. If the change is material, we also email everyone on the waitlist before it applies to them.
